How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy balanced diet is vital for long-term health and wellbeing. Our bodies require nourishment in order for it to thrive and function at its best! Nutrients such as vitamins and minerals help protect us and keep us strong, and both women and men have different needs and during different stages of life. Eating the right foods, as well as having a good relationship with food is very important to be able to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
It is the most rewarding feeling to be able to help clients achieve their health goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My career started off in marketing and after 13 years and in my mid 30’s I decided to pursue my passion for nutrition. Starting my business, and leaving my career behind was driven by my passion and drive to help others with their health and weight management, which can be a really big life challenge for many.
Why should our clients choose you?
I go over and beyond for my clients, I am there for them every step of the way. Learning about nutrition can be eye opening, however adapting lifestyles in the real world is not straight forward, at all! Clients often message me when they're in the supermarket, wondering what they can substitute or buy. Or their friends have chosen a restaurant where they don't know what to order from the menu.
My personalised nutrition plans are genuinely bespoke. I tailor everything to each client's preferences and lifestyles rather than giving them set templates. It takes me much more time but I strongly believe in this approach in order to help my clients achieve their health goals.
