How long have you been in business?
Upon completion of my City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating i ran my own Company for 9 years before expanding into a Construction company that is still running today so i have been involved within the industry for 40 years plus
What guarantee does your work come with?
The standard guarantee for all workmanship undertaken is 1 year from the date of completed works and manufacturers warranties and guarantees would apply on materials and goods purchased . Our Gas safe engineer is a registered installer for Worcester and Vaillant Boilers which allows a guarantee of 10 years on heating installations
What do you love most about your job?
We will always engage with the clients and advise them if we see another resolution to any problems that occur , our end product is amazing because we take great care in the finishings
The end product is what i love most about this work and a satisfied client
What inspired you to start your own business?
Following an initial start as a fully trained plumbing & Heating Engineer my company evolved into a building company , we have never been out of work and have retained many relationships with clients returning for our services

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a company we were fortunate that our clients throughout Covid lived abroad and so we were able to work safely on site with coordinated timescales for the staff , although we do still respect those clients who request us to use face masks . We all carry sanitisers in our vans too
