Had my hair done by Millie today. She was so accommodating and i felt my hair was safe in her hands. Finished it off with beach waves which was done to perfection. Definitely returning.

Very welcoming and great treatmentWhen I turned up early to my appointment for the HIFU treatment, I was welcomed by the receptionist straight away. She offered me a drink and a seat while I waited and told the therapist that I was there. Donna who did the treatment was wonderful. She was very welcoming and explained every step of the treatment to me so that I understood exactly what the treatment would involve. I have not had any type of facial or beauty treatment for a long time and I must admit I was feeling a little bit nervous. Saturday 24th Aug 2019 Donna did manicure and pedicure Gel for me it was the best treatment I never had before. best of all it was the welcoming and the caring I receive was the greatest. I had a HIFU facial on Thursday, with the lovely Donna. Donna was so helpful, she explained how everything worked and what would happen. She asked a lot of questions about what results I was after and what parts of my face I wanted to focus on. She was very knowledgable and put me at ease. The facial was amazing I could see the difference straight away and my skin has continued to look and feel great. I have recently joined up to the monthly blow dry service at this salon and could not be happier. Extremely friendly and always accommodating to my appointment requests. I have signed up to monthly blow dry service and it’s absolutely fantastic. I go twice a week. Team are flexible and accommodating, friendly and fun too. I decided for some silly reason to try a different salon that was closer to my house and what a regrettable experience that was I came out looking like I had let my kids loose on it! This review is on behalf of my mother. On arrival at Ella connor my mum was presented with a lovely receptionist who offered to take her coat and got her seated. . offered her a cup of tea/coffee, very pleasent and very nice to talk to. She had Phoebe i think thats how you spell it.. she was running a little late but we was explained and was happy to wait. However the salon was clean and tidy, she had a fab head massage with her hair wash, her Wash Cut Blowdry was absolutly what she wanted after showing photos, we can not wait to come back.I have already booked my mums appointments and mine too.This salon does not get enough credit.. all the girls are lovely.
