Elk Escapes - Holiday Property Management

I have been working with Darren and Elk Escapes on my rental property for around three years now and I must say , I honestly don’t know where I’d be without him . Not only does Darren manage my property bookings & maintenance day to day , but he also oversaw the entire renovation of my cottage prior to rental , whilst I was out of the country ( I live full time in London too . ) He went above and beyond ; sourcing materials , tradespeople , sending me inspirational decor ideas , overseeing a big kitchen fit , approving things for me when I was unable to do so , and the list goes on . I trusted him with everything and never ever had a reason not to . Not once was there , or is there , ever an ounce of stress in voice , his calm , collected approach to his work makes him an absolute pleasure to work with . My cottage rentals run perfectly smoothly for me , as Darren sorts out any issues or guest queries and requests swiftly , and always without me even needing to know . He is forever getting compliments on our Airbnb reviews for his prompt responses & kind helpfulness . I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property rental , and feel like he has made my entire experience as a holiday let landlord and unbelievably pleasant one ! More...

Nothing but praise and trust for Elk Escapes - so refreshing to find a Holiday Let management company in a busy resort who not only offer a super efficient service but with a down to earth, no nonsense and friendly approach. They made it very easy for us to successfully let our cottage, hassle free. The most important part to me though, was the local knowledge, taking Elk Escapes to the next level. Highly recommended.
