We have no reservations in recommending Hall & Co. The food was excellent (and we love our food!). Their expansive menu offers pretty much any cuisine you could hope for and we opted for sharing platters (slow cooked lamb and sides) as we wanted an informal and relaxed atmosphere. We also had standing starter and pudding stations, which meant we had plenty of time for speeches and dancing in a relatively tight schedule. When timings slipped slightly on the night, the team were so accommodating and amazingly still a managed to finish on time without anything feeling rushed. The food was just as delicious on the night as it was our tasting day (which was by far the best bit about wedding planning) and all of our guests commented on how great it was. Hall and Co supplied the drapes at our wedding venue and did all of the food. The drapes looked so brilliant - they finished everything off perfectly. The food was simply delicious. We had an enormous roast dinner for the wedding breakfast and 3 miniature desserts. Fish and chips in the evening and flatbread pizzas too. The food, given the quantity - was just brilliant and exceeded our expectations. There was not one guest that didn’t think the food was not anything less than excellent. The waitresses and waiters were great too, so attentive and helpful. They were bringing our extra pots of gravy to those who wanted it and were keen to ensure everyone was happy. They also did fish and chips for my little cousin who wasn’t keen on roast dinners. This means the world to me that they looked after him so well and just goes to show their exceptional customer service - going above and beyond Thank you to Elizabeth and Caitlin who helped us all along the way- you both are true professionals . Oh my days! Best food ever! It goes without saying that Elizabeth and the crew at Hall & Co are top in their league as professional food caterers. They were brilliant from first contact, to the food tasting, to the setting up, and to the big day itself. The servers were wonderful and made sure we were fed in the midst of the hellos to, and hugs from, our guests! We have had more compliments on the food than we can count! And the cake, oh the brownie tower cake! I don't think we have seen a wedding cake disappear so fast (and therefore we were VERY grateful that Elizabeth wrapped up some brownies for us to take on our mini-moon in addition to two pulled pork buns!) It was such a joy to work with Elizabeth and Caitlin, and we will be forever grateful to Hall & Co for providing a warm welcome, scrumptious food, and incredible service to ensure the smooth running of the reception. Thank you so much to Kerry and the team! Wow, you were such a big part of our wedding. All of our guests commented on the food and said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. H&C are fantastic value for money (believe me!) and let us have a completely custom starter, main and one of our canapé choices without batting an eyelid. Despite only providing our catering, they were a massive help in the set-up and went above and beyond. The girls are delightful, are capable of making everything seem easy and are always ready with a smile and sense of calm. We got married last July & decided to hold the wedding in a marquee in my parents garden. After a delicious tasting with Hall & Co Events we hired them straight away to do the catering, without going to any further tastings. The food was really, really good & very reasonable.As the wedding loomed closer & the stresses that come with it (especially when you are organising a wedding at home for 160+ with no wedding planner or help from a venue!) Hall & Events were amazing – they thought of everything I hadn’t, had an answer to all my questions and worries & took away all the stress from the situation. On the day, Cara, Kerry & the team were brilliant – reassuring, calm, professional and so lovely to be around. Anything that cropped up unexpectedly on the day was handled smoothly and quickly. Elizabeth and her team absolutely blew us away with both their food and service for our wedding in May. We had been to a wedding a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the food there that we never thought it would be beaten at a wedding, but Hall and Co were there to prove us wrong! Elizabeth was brilliant at listening to us and catering to our request - not a single thing went wrong on the day and we had so many comments about the food. We had sharing platters for starters, BBQ-style for main and a quad of mini desserts for pud! Hall & Co recently provided the food at our wedding. We had the idea we wanted ‘posh kebab’ and chips, which wasn’t listed as an option but They were so accommodating and quickly provided a detailed menu for us to approve. They were honestly sooo delicious... all the guests loved them! Especially pleased were my vegetarian friends who are often left disappointed with what’s on offer for them but they were thrilled with the choices on offer.As well as being super yummy the serving area looked super cool... fitted right in with our style.I’d highly recommend Hall & co for all your parties and celebrations... if only we could do it all again! Elizabeth provided the catering and styling for our wedding. Elizabeth and her team are truly amazing and talented. We can't thank her enough! From our very first meeting we knew that we wouldn't want anyone else. Every idea we threw at her she created so perfectly. We even decided to change our whole theme quite close to the wedding date but that was no issue for Elizabeth. Elizabeth and her team work so hard and it really shows. Elizabeth's team provided the catering for our wedding in October 2016 at The Thatch Barn in Yellling. We are so happy we chose Elizabeth as she made the whole day just perfect. We liked Elizabeth's calm and relaxed yet very professional approach in the planning of the day and she really was flexible to our ideas and budget. Elizabeth worked hard to provide a menu which was exactly what we wanted and a menu which was also seasonal to complement the Autumn season. Although we made a lot of our own decorations Elizabeth was able to steer us in the right direction and suggest ideas we had not thought of. With all of Elizabeth's experience it made the whole process of planning a wedding less stressful. And what can we say about the food.. it was outstanding. We absolutely loved the canapés sharing platters,roast main and dessert. The food was a very high standard and looked amazing. Elizabeth and her team have been the most supportive contact for me during my whole wedding process. Not only did the team cater, but they also helped me communicate with the marquee supplier, band, photographers and florist. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always answered my calls and emails. Cara was an incredible coordinator on the day as well as managing a brunch for 90 guests the following day. I could not recommend them highly enough! They also helped me to plan the styling. We chose to have a marquee in our garden and so knew nothing about how best to go about handling the bookings, insurance, toilets and all of the high value items that make up part of the wedding. After our tasting, my fiance began to feel not only confident that we had made the right decision to have the wedding at home but also excited. The team were genuinely interested in all of our thoughts and ideas for styling but also helped us with the nitty gritty details like how much wine and other alcohol to order, based on their vast experience at weddings. If we could give Lizzie, Dom and the rest of their fabulous team more than five we would. Lizzie has been amazing over the last eight months in organising, styling, catering. ..and keeping the bride calm on occasions...lol Our wedding on Saturday was just the most amazing day ever and made so much more special by the attention to detail of team, the day could not gone any better.....it really was a magical day, the marquee looked fabulous, the food...wow, and all of the team on the day (..and for the bbq on the Sunday) were just the best....top marks. A huge thank you to Elizabeth and her team for catering our wedding at the Granary Barns 2 weeks ago! Firstly Elizabeth was very accommodating to our requests, we're fussy eaters and didn't want anything too complicated and we had just what we wanted! On the day, everything ran smoothly and all the waiting staff were lovely! We were also very impressed with the quality of the food which when catering for nearly 100 people, can sometimes slip but it was amazing.
