Elite 365 recently fixed the locking mechanism on the UPVC French Doors at the back of my house leading to the garden. They had been getting gradually getting harder to lock and I called them before the mechanism broke all all together. They were very friendly and professional on the phone and arranged a time convenient for me to pop around to give me a quote. When they came to the house they were very clear on the issue and broke down to the cost of the repair. I was happy with the quote and the repair was carried out straight away. He arrived a few hours later, gave me a few options and sensible advice about suitable locks suited to my upvc doors. Armed with the relevant information I asked him to fit high security Euro locks.
