Discovered issue late on a Friday, contacted the Elite team who said they could come out very next morning. Came out and inspected issues as promised and gave full details of problem along with photo’s.
Estimate arrived promptly and we were talked through the work needed and cost.
Once agreed the team arrived and were at work immediately. Throughout the day photos were sent by way of an update so we could see what was happening along with progress. The team tidied as they went and you wouldn’t have known they were there at all once they left. Would I use again? Absolutely. Very pleased
