I am overwhelmed by the complete professional service from start to finish from Elite Plumbing. My bathroom has been completely transformed from the eyesore that it once was to a modern and stylish bathroom. Tiled from floor to ceiling, with a new bath, old steam shower unit removed replaced with a false wall with new built in shower controls, large tray and glass screen, old flooring removed, new floor levelled and waterproof laminate fitted.This house was built in 1910 with not a level wall, floor or ceiling in it and any work done here is never ever as straight forward as replacing old for new.Elite Plumbing had their work cut out for them and I know it was a very challenging task throughout all areas from plumbing, tiling, fitting and finishing but I am blown away by the end result. After purchasing a new property we discovered the boiler was broken. We contacted Dan who arranged a date and a time promptly for a quote on a new boiler, which was sent through that evening. Within a week Dan was in fitting a boiler which he completed in a day and a half (even with complications of piping from previous boiler fitting, and relocation of boiler). We cannot thank Dan enough for all the hard work he has done. Dan has removed our old back boiler system and installed a new ideal boiler with 12 year warranty. He will service it for us also each year. He has totally transformed our bathroom from an old council bathroom to a sleek new style barhroom. Tiles to the walls and floor. Installed an extractor and fitted the new suite. We had been unable to take time off during the work. Dan worked at our house for 10 days and can say that he is totally trustworthy and honest. He works very hard each day and takes a pride in everything he does, cleaning up each night before he leaves. He gave precise quotes for the work to be done which are clearly set out. Dan provided a very professional service from start to finish and we are so pleased with the final result! He came to do the quote straight away and it came back with a price within days. Nothing was too much to ask for Dan. Before he even began doing our bathroom we had to urgently cap off the gas to an old fireplace and also shorten some gas pipes in the kitchen. He happily came and sorted these and it was a great help for us! We had a fairly tricky bathroom to transform - it was originally one big room split into 3 sections. We took down all the walls and bricked up one of the windows and re-plastered and Dan did everything else! He worked around the clock, always turning up on time and communicating with us the whole way. We were so excited to see the work he had done by the end of each day! I needed a refurb of my drab and boring shower room so I contacted Dan who did the refurb for me which was his first job of 2019, which entailed tiling porcelain tiles to all 4 walls and floors, fitting a new shower, new toilet and new utility unit with sink and tap. Dan worked very hard and was always clean and tidy and had an eye for detail and suggested what could be done to make it look its best. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished job as it looks superb and I couldn't recommend Dan highly enough and would definately have him back if I needed any further plumbing and renovation work. Dan had a right challenge with our house. It had had very little attention since the first central heating system went in, and he had to overcome many obstacles when moving the location of the boiler, radiators and pipes throughout the property. He ended up doing two extra days due to these problems, but the finished result is fantastic. He turned up early and on time every day, working incredibly hard and sometimes finishing later than expected. He even worked on his day off to help us get the work done quicker. Very impressed and you shouldn't have any worries about hiring Dan. I doubt he will need to use mybuilder for very long as we will certainly be going back to him direct for any future work (if he agrees to it lol). Cheer Dan, time for a holiday! More...
