I had been lucky enough to win two 30 mins sports massage and had the first one this evening. David is a true professional made me feel at ease and talked through the process. The massage itself, David worked on areas of tightness and knots. He also gave me some stretches to do to help pre and post running. Would highly recommend David’s treatments. More...

I was recently treated by David at our dojo for an overworked back, full of knots and muscle guarding.. But after only one hours treatment and a good nights sleep (the best I have had for months) my back is 100% better, myself and my students will be looking forward to having David as a regular fixture at our dojo correcting all the damage we do..
