Dear Equality Homes, It was very disappointing to see your review - I am also happy to record for all to see that after 2 conversations with Mr T White (noted as another individual responsible for the block) we were advised that there was flexibility on the cleaning date. Conveniently you have chosen to ignore this conversation. As advised on my previous correspondence to you in many years in the cleaning trade I have never encountered this blatant attempt of conning a small business out of warranted monies payable. I would strongly advise any other cleaning companies and/or individuals to strongly consider any proposal made by Equality Homes and to record all conversations and save all correspondence received.
