I am a multilingual (Italian, English, French and German) enthusiastic and proactive CIPD qualified HR professional, with solid knowledge of Employment Law and a vast and thorough experience of ER cases, Employee Management, Performance Management, People Engagement, Policies, Handbooks, Talent Acquisition and Retain strategies, Business partnering strategies, TUPE, Redundancies, and so on.

What I really value is a new challenge, an opportunity of turning my expertise and collaborative approach into something useful and dynamic for a company whose values I can share in addition to successfully contributing towards its future planning and vision.
