Just wanted to say what really fab wedding cars we hired from Elegance Wedding Cars in Wigan.
A very Big thank you to the staff at Elegance Wedding Car Hire, we hired the two tone grey and silver Rolls Royce Silver Cloud (I believe it was made in 1956) and the Daimler DS420 for my Wedding in September.
The cars were fantastic and from our first meeting with Mr. Hurst the owner, everything went like clockwork, from the minute we viewed the cars in Wigan we knew we had made the right decision to use Elegance Wedding Cars.
The booking process was very easy and we could even pay our deposit by car, this of course made everything nice and simple. We also paid our final balance over the telephone, again by card so it was really easy.
The cars both arrived early enough for some photographs of our Bridesmaids alongside the Daimler and myself, the Bride, with the Rolls Royce. The neighbors were very impressed. In fact one of them has booked their son’s Wedding cars with Elegance Wedding Cars as well.
My Father has a few disability issues but this was helped by our chauffeur David, the owner, helping my Father into the car and putting his wheelchair into the huge boot of the Silver Cloud . The help and assistance was again on hand when we arrived at church.
Although the traffic was heavy the drivers took a well planned short cut in order to get us all to the church on time. The bridal car even held back for a few minutes to allow time for the Bridesmaids to get out of the Daimler and wait for the arrival of the Bride. Again, because we arrived promptly there was time for a few more photographs before we went into church.
After the ceremony the photographer took the usual photographs outside the church and asked the driver if he minded going on to a local park for more photographs, although this was not planned beforehand the driver was more than willing to help. It was heart warming to know that no extra charge was added for this and again we need to thank David.
With the reception being over 20 miles away from the church we felt it was important to hire comfortable cars, we were very pleased with both vehicles in this respect. We original thought cars of this age may have been slow on a motorway but no, the cars made brilliant progress. We also gave the driver a bottle of Champagne to serve to us for the trip to the reception, Elegance wedding car seem to have everything on hand,they even had some very nice Champagne glasses in the boot of the car and there was even a Champagne bucket in the car. All at no extra charge.
On arriving at the reception it did start to rain a little and the drivers immediately provided some rather large white umbrella’s. Thankfully the weather improved not long after we arrived and we need to thank the drivers again for staying a little longer than originally expected, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I would also like to say how well presented and smart both of the drivers looked. They really helped to make the day a huge success.
All in all I can’t praise Elegance Wedding Car Hire enough, they exceeded all our expectations and we will be more than pleased to pass on their details to anyone who needs a Wedding car in the future.

I feel I was very fortunate to find Elegance Wedding car Hire from Wigan, almost by accident allow me to explain .. at very short notice my original choice of company were unable to honour the booking , I was explaining this to a friend , who said try Elegance Wedding Car Hire from Wigan as he had used them the previous year and was impressed with the service .
To say I was worried about my big day would be a massive understatement with only 3 days to go I was not over hopeful, however I had nothing to lose , I rang the office and explained my situation , they said they would see what if anything could be done and would phone me back within the hour , 45 mins latter they called and said not only could they do but could also supply the classic Rolls Royce Silver Cloud I wanted, it was in two tone silver as well, fantastic colours.
I felt I received a very personal service from Dave, the owner and he made sure everything was in place. We had a very courteous and knowledgeable chauffeur, and we were very pleased with the service we received.
On the day they called to my home 15 mins early the driver Ron and the car reminded me of a scene from a Hollywood film , we were driven to the church and arrived on the minute of our booked time and later we were driven to our reception venue, I was thanking Ron and saying goodbye, my phone rang and my best man tells me his car won't start , the aa will be there ASAP, Ron can not help but hear this , he then phones his office and requests could he return to the church to get the best man and other guests, they say of course . Thirty mins later everyone is back together at the reception and most of my guests did not notice the best man was late. It's seems there are still some companies out there that know how to treat people with some humanity, not only did they say what they were going to do and do it ...they did more ...marks out of 10 it has to be 20.
Value For Money was extremely good as I got the Sunday discount price of £250.00.
The question a lot of people ask is, would you pass on Elegance Wedding Cars to a friend or relative , The easy answer is a great big yes.
Thanks so so so much, you saved the day and helped to make it the happiest day of our lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We set up Elegance Wedding Car Hire after a car like my Daughters wedding car came up for sale, it was our 1956 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. That was nearly 14 years ago and we have been part of over 2 thousand Wedding since then. What a great way to earn a living.
