Hi I don’t usually right a view but I had to I asked for landscaped garden and a resin drive what a very high standard of work highly recommended my garden is done beautifully my kids absolutely love it and my husbands does bbq now, he never does a bbq but he does now My driveway was done amazingly well Nathan the manger recommended resin rather than block paving the best decision I made resin looks stunning Thanks to elegance home improvement

Great company honestly I was dreading spending 70k on my house but this company just took my breath away I never had to say anything to them I have no complaints they did a double story extension and a garage conversion to a unbelievable standard it’s that good 3 of my neighbors are getting it done if you want piece of mind and a very high standard of work elegance home improvement is the way also Collin the boss what a gentleman and someone who gives fantastic advice and tailors everything for you . I wanted artificial grass in our back garden as we have 3 dogs and despite a ton of grass seed and hours of work each year it remained a mud patch with a few tufts of grass. Our new puppy was the final straw spending her time digging it up. We gave up! Choosing the company was a big decision as my husband really wasn't keen but we couldn't leave it as it was. I made some calls and had several quotes. The quality of finish was of utmost importance as I didn't want to look out at a poorly finished lawn for the next few years. Looking at companies' websites there were so many pictures which didn't show a good 'finish'. I found Elegance Home Improvements through 'Bark'. Stephen King responded very quickly and was so helpful and informative. Lisa came to provide a quote and again, was so helpful. The grass type was easy to chose, it looked really natural.I pursued the other quotes as I felt I ought to. Elegance was the middle quote and their pictures appeared to show the better finish I wanted.Nathan did the survey and gave me advice on how to get the best results. Again, so helpful.The preparation and laying of the lawn took a couple of days. The workmen were really good and attention to detail was superb. There was absolutely no rubbish to clear at all. I could not be more pleased! A small problem was sorted very quickly by Nathan and we haven't looked back since. Importantly, the dogs have no interest in digging it up. It's cleaner as there's no mud being brought into the house and looks amazing. I wish we'd done it before!Would I recommend Elegance Home Improvements? The team at Elegance we’re extremely professional and polite. The guys who carried out the work were very good and made sure every detail was correct. The finish was so good I could not find anything to list when we came to the snagging list. At the initial meeting, Nathan and Lisa gave me alternative ideas on finishing and products which I’m glad I took their advice because the finish on the driveway is excellent and compliments the rest of my property. When I need any other works undertaken at my property, or if any of my friends or family need similar work done, then I will certainly call Elegance first. Very impressed. More...

Background….I was left with a mess that the builder called a drive, it was also unfinished. I was also left £'s out of pocket and after 2 builders let me down telling me they could fix it I had lost faith in all builders…. .Story…….After meetings with Lisa and Nathan we were left in no Doubt that Elegance home improvements were going to produce a top quality finish. We were reassured my office manager Steve that they really would provide a quality job. The night prior to the work commencing Elegance came to our house to check, reassure that everything was as it should be and this is where we met Owner Colin. A all round nice guy and genuine person. We were told that the job would take 2.5 days and thought that this was quick. The team that came Headed up by Leon and Ed was superb. They were friendly, helpful and extremely professional in every aspect of the job. Not one member of the team did not know what was going on and every single member harmonized with the other members of the team. If you want a classy, Professional and elegant job with some outstanding results and finish this really is the company to hire. Attention to detail was every where from cleaning up to the cutting and laying of bricks. I was informed all the way through the job what was going on. To set this company above any others that I have personally worked for the owner came a day early and finished our drive in just 2 days Start to finish. To Dawn,Colin and every one else at Elegance home improvements you really are a class act and one that must be hired if you demand Quality.The pictures below show our Drive at the start.
