My electric gates have been playing up, I called Electric Security Gates to have them a serviced. Ian noticed that the chain had sized, he replaced the problematic chain, gave my motors the once over and made sure everything was well greased, he also noticed that drainage holes were not present and added them to the motor housing. Ian also adjusted the settings as the gates were a little sensitive to the wind when closing, finally he offered some advice on general maintenance, so that I don’t have to call him out again for minor issues. All this work was included in his fixed price service which is very competitive. Electric Security Gates Yorkshire gave us a very fair quotation for a pair of entrance gates. The installation was completed on time and Ian also kindly helped us with a recommendation for garage shutter doors. We did have a problem after a couple of years, and after an initial communication error, Ian came very quickly and sorted out the problem for us.I run a local business myself and therefore like to use similar local contractors. Absolutely fantastic work by Ian. Really pleased with the gates. Found a completely new idea off the internet and showed it to Julie and Ian. they were absolutely brilliant.. and made the gates a reality. The gates are absolutely gorgeous. Me and my husband are in love Ian is not only superbly professional but also really nice and friendly. He was very patient with us as we were indecisive about a few things.
