John and Carla absolutely smashed my girlfriend’s 30th Birthday. They were so efficient and friendly. The food is ridiculous - literally everyone in our party commented on what a great feed they had. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Just had the pork and fish tacos... they were fantastic really authentic taste and good sized portions. I had a small amount of the habanero sauce on top of the pork which was flavoursome but would urge restraint if you aren't a spice junkie.
Definitely be going back think will try the quesadillas next time .

We hired El Huichol for a private mini festival party we had recently. Right from the first point of contact John and Carla were fabulous, very easy going and made the whole process of organising the food side of things completely stress free.
On the night they were fabulous, serving fresh, flavoursome and authentic food throughout the evening - none of this processed rubbish! The van looked fab - So pleased we hired you �

Jamie and Carla served late night tacos at our wedding a couple weeks ago and they were absolutely brilliant! From the moment we went down to Cornwall to taste their food we knew we had to have El Huichol as part of our day. Every type of taco they served was incredible - so fresh and flavorsome and delicious. Everyone was raving about them. And Jamie and Carla are both so lovely and such a pleasure to work with. What’s your signature dish?
We pride ourselves in serving the finest tacos this side of the Atlantic and focus on recreating authentic traditional Mexican dishes form our beautiful van. We offer breakfast options such as Molletes, Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros etc and cater for all tastes and tolerances.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We cater Mexican food, but we are flexible in any way that we can be, we make sure to accommodate all diets, preferences and always open to suggestions! We love to be creative with flavours and ingredients!
What do you love most about your job?
