Hopefully I won't need an electrician again anytime soon but if I do there is no doubt I'll be calling Fred! He came out straightaway, identified the problem and got my power back on really quickly and then very helpfully changed a couple of plug socket while he was here all with a very friendly and professional manner - thanks Fred!
