Seeing clients grow in confidence, getting results. Those results are different for everyone. When clients tell me how they feel after interacting with me. The sense of relief, positivity, clarity, understanding, knowledge etc.

Having spent the previous few years delivering negative and demoralising news to people in the workplace, I wanted to do something that was more uplifting and positively impacted people's working life. Whether that is to get a job because you don't have one , or move into a new job, get a promotion or prepare for the possibility of a promotion.

I am not one size fits all. All clients are different, learn differently and want different outcomes. I listen to what you have to say, I encourage you to be open and honest. No judgement in our conversations. The sessions are about you and making sure YOU are clear on the results YOU want to get.

The pandemic has really opened up the possibility of online and remote working and most people like that. Video calls work best. I use Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

I completely understand how precious your time is and travelling for an 10/20/30/40/50 or even 60minutes is not time well spent in the current climate. I encourage clients to work online via video calls. It is totally interactive, it helps you feel safe and gives you the security and comfort you need to make the sessions successful.
