I found Edinburgh Pet Services as I was looking for someone who would only walk small groups or do solo walks. They only walk a max of 2 dogs at any one time which I like for my small Westie as I feel safer than all the huge numbers of dogs in the vans which I see at the beach. I also wanted someone reliable and trustworthy and they are very professional. I also get a note left at the end of each walk and my dog is dried off when it is raining. I have used Fiona to walk my dog for a few years since she was a puppy and she is fantastic. A very professional and friendly company. My dog gets solo one to one walks as I don't want her put in a van and walked with 6 or more other dogs like most pack walkers. My dog loves the one to one loving care and I feel it's much safer should anything happen out on walks. Can highly recommend. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting lots of new furry friends and seeing wagging tails all day long.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first dog was called Tazzy . He sadly passed in June 2014 and was the love of my life. He still has a special place in my heart. I moved home and could not find someone in my new area that provided the care I wanted for Tazzy. I did not want him going out with lots of dogs and I set up a company which walks a maximum of 2 dogs at any one time, to give your dog the love and care our furry friends deserve. I know have another rescue Bedlington terrier called Gracie who I rehomed when she was 3, she is now 4 , full of life and love.
