I have been having very regular individual and group lessons with Ed for about 2 years now, and my game has transformed. I was pretty much a beginner when we started, but now play regular singles and doubles matches & feel that with each game I am improving the technique Ed has helped me develop during lessons. My technique feels pretty solid now. Ed is a really lovely person, lots of fun, patient and extremely encouraging. He is an experienced coach and I have observed that he can be flexible in his approach depending on who he is coaching - he can explain strategy clearly to those who want this, use drills to embed techniques and video to show players what they’re actually doing on the court. I recommend him very warmly. He is also great with kids, mine think he is very cool! More...

Ed is always happy and positive. I appreciated that his comments were always to the point and not couched in a lot of mumbo jumbo that was irrelevant or not useful. He was quick to change things if they weren't working. I had a class with 2 other students and he adapted the class to our level really well. More...

Ed is very skilled at tutoring tennis and does so with a very encouraging and positive attitude. It makes one focus on the accomplishments and area requiring consistency and
improvements.
I highly recommend him.
