My experience with Lee Horsfall and eco dry solutions has been extremely disappointing. It has become evident that the reviews provided by them are fabricated, which is misleading for potential customers. Moreover, I felt pressured and uncomfortable during the sales process, with the company employing aggressive tactics. To make matters worse, they accepted a deposit and have since vanished, leaving me unable to contact them as their phone line is unresponsive. I have taken the appropriate action and reported this matter to trading standards. Our large roof was cleaned from persistent moss, repaired and recoated. Ecodry Solutions did an excellent job. The roof looks like new. 100% pleased with the result. All staff, from admin, surveyor, to on site workmen were excellent. The men were friendly, approachable and always cleaned up after them, leaving the site in an excellent condition. Dint prepare as planned. No Masking was done. Part of machine was held together with plumbers tape. The 1st coating was put on after hours of rain, and followed immediately with the top coating. All done in an hour over two large semi houses, including cleaning tiles on side of one of the house, and porch of the other, which had been forgotten. From the start of our process to the finish we were more than satisfied with Ecodry Solutions. The salesman Alex was professional, punctual and explained in detail exactly what the product would achieve. The two roofers, we called them big Mark and little Mark were, without exception excellent and a pleasure to have at our home. We were treated with respect, their timekeeping was excellent and their workmanship outstanding. Couldn't have asked for a nicer pair of workers.
Echodry Solutions more than fulfilled our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ecodry Solutions have completed 2 jobs for us this year: flat roof in May 2021 and Render and Coating of the house this week. From the initial contact with this firm we have been impressed by their manner, their knowledge of the products they use, their efficiency, their respect for the customer and the customer's property, and above all the excellent standard of work and expertise. Even during this time of difficulty for all of us, their manner has been courteous, friendly and open about any supply problems which have occurred....a situation which is beyond their control. We have had our roof cleaned, repointed and a protective quote applied. We had to wait a while from our initial order, but we knew that it would be flexible which is why the price was so competitive. Once the work started, things moved very quickly. Jay & Chris worked incredibly hard and overcame any problems professionally. They are friendly, courteous and cleaned up very well before leaving. There were some unforeseen problems eg many tiles needed rebedding rather than repointing. This was all done and the final result was as if we had a brand new roof.
I would also add that the initial meeting with Angela was friendly, informative and non-pressurised. Overall, I am very happy with the whole process and have recommended Ecodry to my friends. Our house now stands out in our road and has added value to our home. Thanks. David & Jo More...

Chris and Jay did a marvellous job on the roof of our 3 bedroomed bungalow, arriving when they said they would, taking good care of the rest of the property as they worked, and clearing up very efficiently afterwards I was pleased we had chosen the brown roof paint, although this was not the original tile colour. All would have been finished within the week but for equipment failure on the Friday, so work was completed the following Wednesday. The company was always helpful when telephoned. 4 stars because of some management issues. A significant sum was paid in advance and it was 7 weeks before we had a start date. When the work was finished, the contractors were required to collect the rest of what was due before they left. This procedure seems a bit inconsistent! Five 20 litre cans of roof paint that was surplus to requirements - delivered independently - cluttered up our garage for a couple of weeks. More...

Mark and his team were friendly and hard working, it was a dirty job and they covered and protected the garden and drive. They cleaned everywhere afterwards and the roof looks great.

Recently moved into the property that relates to this property. Quickly met a neighbour who had his roof done at the same time. In the space of 5 minutes he managed to answer my queries that this company failed to respond to. I am pleased to say that he was extremely pleased with the work carried out and he provided me with the name of the covering used.I now have absolutely no concerns as it appears everything was carried out professionally. I just wish a request could have been responded to at a time that I needed assurance prior to purchase. As previously stated this was not an attempt to cast doubt on this company and happy to remove all reviews associated.

not a review but a means to getting a response. Concerned that the company says it has over 30 years of experience yet the company has only been listed on companies house.Gov.uk since 2017. Reason for this query is that I have a guarantee for 10 years and I want to be sure if would be honoured if it became necessary.

In response to your request for more information about me not being a customer that is irreverent as the question of stating 30 years experience against being only being registered as a company for just over 4 years is worth asking and a response given despite being a customer or not.

Anyway let me give a bit more information so you know this is not a posting to negatively impact on you. I am purchasing a property that your company has treated the entire roof by cleaning it resulting in a much lighter roof. I had a full survey done and this was picked up as possibly a significant issue as such cleaning (by less reputable companies) has been known to damage the integrity of the tiles and reduce lifespan. There is nothing to suggest that this is the case here but as a buyer I need as much assurance with regard to future risk. I am sure you understand this. The vendor has provided a 10 year guarantee so hence the reason for me to check website, it’s claims and viability. So hopefully you can respond to the original question plus one more. That is, the tiles were cleaned do you then chemically treat them that gives the appropriate level of protection close to their original state and does you guarantee cover the tiles if future damage occurs due to the process used.

Thank you for your 2nd response. It is a pity you simply could not answer or refuse to answer the question about the treatment to the tiles to ensure their integrity. The reason for not giving the order number is simply that I do not own the property yet and it would be wrong to give the details of the vendors, but yet again this is irrelevant. I would have thought a response would be given that highlights a company’s professionalism for all to see. I note your defensive point about removal from the site , but for the time being others can make their own minds up about why simple relevant questions cannot be responded to. I will wait until the purchase is complete then I will ask the same questions again only this time as the owner with certificate, although I am making a presumption your certificate is not transferable.

Ecodry Solutions' doorstep sales pitch led to an appointment this week to scour, clean and waterproof my roof. Nik and his team did an excellent job, working over one long day. They protected my garden, cleaned gutters and soffits and cleaned up all the inevitable debris and smudges on my pale slabwork with a remarkable cheerfulness, as well as leaving me with a new-looking roof and an algae-free chimney with repaired flashing.

Firstly we havn't had any work done, so this review is based on the quote. We had them round to quote after a young man knocked on the door and asked if it was something we were interested in. Which i was, so we agreed to a quote.
Lee popped round had a look around to give us a quote. Told us all about the products and service and what we would get for the money.
It was good to see that they didn't do any pushy sales and when I said we would keep it in mind, he didnt force the issue.

We contracted roof restoration work cost c £7000 from this company being carried on the 21st April.
This involved removal of moss/cleaning/spray coating the cleaned roof etc.
Despite the work instructions to mask all windows this was not done and our leaded windows which were coated with moss and dirt were then blasted clean with a pressure washer causing the lead work to be damaged beyond use.In addition when the scaffolding was removed the fascias and soffits and walls were covered with filth.
Naturally we complained about the standard of work done (or not done) with no urgency from the firm. This by telephone. To get matters moving we visited their offices showing staff pictures of the damage and state of the windows.Bit by bit over some weeks/visits by Eco Dry staff matters started to get resolved usually on our prompting.Noticed lack of communication between various staff.
Found it necessary to re-visit their offices again and in doing so stumbled across their then MD Mr Anthony Humphreys who listened patiently to our compliant. Explained all previous happenings as he had no knowledge of our history. Voluntered his personal Mobile number adding could contact him directly at any time to discuss matters -which we did
from time to time.
It was from that initial contact with him that the remaining problems were resolved .
Having said that it was some 15 weeks from start to satisfactory conclusion.
We shall of course leave it to the readers of this review to determine the value of our comments.

I recently had my exteriors walls treated and repainted with the properla, any render repairs carried out first and also an injection damp course. The communication with ecodry solutions before the work was carried out was great and all the way through. I have just had my driveway cleaned renovated and treated for moss. It looks fantastic, I found Phil and Joe to be both pleasent and courteous to have around and worked hard to get the job finished. They told me what time they would arrive and did so on time. I cannot praise them enough. I must say that in the office sometimes there is a lack of communication I was told they would come on Tuesday, nobody turned up. Was then told after a phone call that it would be Friday. Phil himself rang and asked could it be Thursday as they had to look closely at the weather forecast. Even after all this I would recommend this company for the superb class of work they carry out.

We have a couple of weeks ago had our roof cleaned, treated and had a colour put on it by ecodry the transformation is fantastic. We live in a woodland area and had a problem with moss we now feel proud when we see our roof from the road as it looks like a new roof. The guy's who completed the process Jay&Krisz were brilliant we can't speak highly enough about them and the work was completed ahead of schedule. We look forward to having a trouble free roof for several years and would recommend them to anyone.
