Had a new Worcester Bosch system boiler installed. This required the removal of the old boiler, installing the new one in an attached out building an extensive rewiring and rectifyingng out of date and wrongly installed gas feed, followed by reworking the plumbing, removing the old pipes and installing a wireless thermostat for the kitchen underfloor heating. I have just had an Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler and 3 radiators fitted into a one bed property. There was nothing in the property save two tiny overnight storage heaters and a water tank with an immersion heater. A massive well done and thank you to Adam of EcoAce.I am really pleased with the neat, tidy and professional work that Adam has done. From a previously dank and damp house, I now have an efficient boiler making my property toasty and warm.The pipework throughout the property was really neat and tidy, worthy of comment! Adam is a very personable and genuinely straightforward gent which makes him easy to work with. I picked Adam and EcoAce because 1) they are accredited Worcester Bosch installers and 2) Adam covers a range of boiler and fuel types (he does oil too!) and I wasn’t sure if I was going combi or water tank route/non combi). Adam has been really good at taking the time to explain why something was the best option, especially when I rang up to say could we do this instead and why not etc. I had, had other engineers turn up and decide not to quote, I told Adam to cut me loose immediately if this wasn’t a job he wanted to do. Happily, he took this work on and kept me updated on progress.I just handed my keys over to Adam and totally placed my trust in him to get the job done. I knew I had the right company and gas engineer when talking through options as he was fantastically technically up to date, mindful of what my needs were for my boiler (as a landlord; not as a homeowner) and when I had some ideas and he just said ‘no, that won’t work and it’s my name and reputation installing this’. I really like when someone has great pride in their work and that enthusiasm translates into their work and the end product/result that you then receive as the customer is excellent. I valued that he took time to explain the system once it was installed and he didn’t make it feel rushed or that he was done and flying out the door – that is a massive plus point in my book.Adam is very, very busy. In my experience, all good gas engineers are….!! So, as he is busy, you need to accept that you need to be responsible for chasing him on the admin side (quote etc), but he is so very worth it for the good, hard work that he does.Thanks Adam. I know who to call when I need my next new boiler (hopefully, I may get a year or two’s out of the other ones I have). See you for my Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate next year. More...

Excellent Service from EcoAce. We had a shower pump leaking, called Adam, arrived next day to find the leak, then the following day with the part to fix it and installed and repaired quickly and efficiently. Also fixed two leaking toilets at the same time. The house is over 400 years old, so quite impossible with old pipe work to find where it starts and finishes and switch off valves, but leave it to Adam and he works it out and gets the job done. Absolutely marvelous.Would highly recommend Ecoace, extremely quick to respond and carry out the work needed. Left everything clean and tidy. Will always call Adam with any plumbing/heating problems encounter. More...

Adam has done a fantastic job for me.He installed a Worcester Bosch 36CDI system to replace my old system that had decided to stop working. He was really flexible around times where he could come and quote for the job and his quote came back within 48 hours.He treated my situation as urgent and moved jobs around to suit my needs as I had no heating or hot water.Really impressed with the quality of work as it looks like a very neat install, in what was a really tight space.I would be more than happy to recommend Ecoace More...
