I have not been impressed with the company, they don't reply to my emails or phone calls, they changed my solar thermal system pipework, and played with the controller, now the controller is not in sync with the pump, I want it fixed or a refund, so that I can get a company to mentain my solar thermal system i the correct way

Put a request to have my Inverter replaced.
Eco-Climatechnologies got in touch with me after someone else. I invited them over to have a look at my system and make a proposal on what Inverter would be best to replace it with.
They done a thorough solar check, we went ahead and they replaced my inverter within a few days. Very happy with work done, I highly recommend!

Yes! Many of our services can be provided online or remotely. We have always been conscious of our carbon footprint on our planet and have wondered hard to reduce using unnecessary resources. We can often monitor equipment from our office. Obviously, sometimes equipment is not easily accessed so we would offer a home visit but we keep this to the minimum possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Solar heating and hot water continue to be considered an essential service but we take extra precautions such as better cleaning and sanitising ourselves, our vehicles, tools and equipment. Contractors will wear masks and gloves and observe social distancing as per the current government guidelines. We do as much remotely as we can and sometimes even work from home. Please be assured we will never answer the phone to you in our pyjamas.

Full Thermal Hot Water Install
Generate up to 70% of your hot water with solar thermal. We offer a range of tubes and control panels.
Thermodynamic systems work by harnessing heat from the sun and using it to heat your water with clean, renewable energy.
10 Year Warranty
The idea is brilliantly simple, we offer a completely free inspection of the system. If it meets our warranty standard, and around 30% of systems do, a free warranty will be sent out in the post. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, it can almost always be brought up to warranty standard with some remedial work. If this is the case we will explain this and leave a no-obligation quote for any work.
String Inverters
We offer a range of string Inverters for existing PV systems. Any product installed comes with a triple indemnity warranty for 10 years.

Battery Storage
We offer a range of lithium ION batteries. In order to get the most out of your solar system, we suggest that you have your PV installed with a battery.
During the day you produce more energy then what you need to power your house, batteries store excess and discharge during the evening.
Thermal Maintenance
Solar thermal systems are more efficient then photovoltaic, relying on the heat waves as opposed to the sunlight. These systems do need to be maintained over the years. Here at EcoClimatech we bring systems to a brand new condition on a daily basis, protecting your investment for many years to come.
Optimisation
Over the years Inverter technology has improved, but not quite enough. The main disadvantage is that the solar panels are still connected in series, so shaded or failed solar panels will affect the yield of the whole string.
Optimisation increases the energy output by splitting the system from series to parallel. We offer two options for optimisation both come with online monitoring platforms.
