Hi there,
Thank you for your enquiry and your interest in our themed cuisine. We would love to put a proposal forward for your special event.

We are Pro-Chefs with a wealth of banqueting and event catering experience with our own fully equipped commercial kitchen. We easily do ‘traditional’, but just take a look at our 'themed' Menu choice. When you have decided which style of meal you are looking for, ( canapes, formal sit down, a walk-up buffet, afternoon tea, sharing platters to the table, etc.) then look up the most appropriate menu... just to see what is possible. If you ask us nicely, we may even mix and match cuisines!

Over the past season, the most popular choices have been our Street Food-themed attended 'Walk up' hot buffet service, particularly the 'Pit BBQ' menu, followed by the same menu as a shared platter service, then afternoon tea followed by the hot buffet for the eve.

We generally operate a unique 3 x 3 x 3 food choice matrix, where you choose three types of meat, three salads and we offer it in 3 different ways. On an attended buffet, this allows your guests to choose just what they want 'on the day', rather than a 'single dish' offer for a similar budget.

If it's a more formal 'sit-down' service style you are looking for, we tailor our Themed Menu for 'table served' sharing platters ( for slight premium...) with salads, artisan bread as well as providing desserts. Our more formal 'sit-down' meals are highlighted in our 'Finer Dining' menu and are priced up when we get an idea of your menu choices and any other facilities you may need to deliver the meal.
