So lovely to find people who genuinely care for their customers. The kindness and consideration shown to my parents firstly by Steve, in all his initial dealings with us, and then also by Kenny on the removal days was so lovely to see. Add to all this the fact that they are extremely experienced and fantastic at packing items into seemingly impossible spaces ( how they fitted everything on the van and then in the storage unit still amazes me ) and also supremely calm and friendly and you have a winning combination. An excellent service from Steve and his colleague. They moved my parents from Leicester to Weymouth on a really rainy and windy day. They were very friendly, careful and extremely experienced. Superb service the 3 of them worked like Trojans!!!! Turned up on time worked in the pouring rain , really got on with the job . I couldn't of asked for more if I ever move again would use Steve again , looked after me with the price as struggling like many others to pay everything. Even came back to fix a bed that hadn't been set up probably by a fellow worker free of charge. We have nothing but praise for Steve and his cheery team. They were incredibly efficient, hard working and friendly. They arrived promptly and managed to be finished by early afternoon despite having far too many belongings for two people. Prior to the move Steve was very helpful, always responding quickly to my queries and remaining flexible despite the frequent changes in our completion date. We have never used a removal company before, favouring the help of friends and family, however the Easymooves team made the whole event completely stress free and we will not hesitate to use them again. Matthew Thorndale-Finn - Weymouth to Ryme IntrinsecaABSOLUTE PLEASURE. When I first contacted Easymooves they answered immediately. I completed the form on the website and had a quote the same day it was so easy. On the day of our move they we're 10 minutes early which was nice after the stress of waiting to complete and getting everything together. Two young polite gentleman and the boss Steve, all incredibly nice. Nothing was too much trouble, no damage at all. All my belongings were handled very gently. Everything placed as labelled and several requests the other end to see if there was anything else they could help with. It was a totally stress free moving day.
