I recently had my first Reiki treatment with Carmel and it was a wonderful experience. Carmel is very welcoming and immediately puts you at ease, it was so lovely to chat with her. I'm very well aware of the wonderful benefits of Reiki but I've been feeling quite tired and lacking in energy due to an illness. The massage was so needed and so divine! I felt I could relax easily with Carmel and the oil she used was gorgeous - The scent reminded me of wonderful holidays far away…. . Had a leg and lower back massage today. My legs are normally so tight and hurt and my lower back is pulled all the time.
