1. Take a brief. 2. Discuss options with the client. 3. See what strategy might be required before starting the creative process. 4. Start the creative process 5. Work is reviewed and once I am happy the work is presented to the client. 6. Amends or options from the client (as agreed). 7. Artwork is created and finalised.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Firstly I will require a brief. Once I have seen this I always like to chat to the client to find out a little more, like what is the purpose of the design work, who you want to communicate with, what is the end goal. This is so I can make sure the communication or message is designed correctly from the start.
What do you love most about your job?
The pleasure my clients get from good design work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the freedom it gives me. Creatively and time wise.
