Gerry was very polite and friendly, with excellent communication (including courtesy call 15 mins before arriving to quote).
He provided a good quote, but with no pressure. He was very clear about the 14 day cooling off period, which was refreshing. Too many others pressure for an immediate decision.
Once engaged, his team got the work done quickly and to a good quality.
Overall really happy and will use them again.
