I am a personal trainer who specialises in weight loss. I myself have been through a weight loss journey, losing 4 stone in a year. I know how hard it can be to keep motivated and how easy it is to lose confidence in the journey. I can relate a lot to the struggles that people have when trying to lose weight and not being happy with the way they feel or look.

I’ve been really impressed with George’s sessions, both his boxercise classes and one to one sessions. He works very hard to tailor sessions so that you are doing exercises that you enjoy and work for you. He is motivational without being overly forceful and has a great way of teaching and breaking down new exercises, especially for beginners. GEORGE GIVES ME LIFE!!! I started train once a week with George during lockdown to keep me ticking over, and after Christmas I will be increasing that to 3 times a week 🙈 I’m a larger lady, who sometimes struggles to even walk into a gym, George has given me confidence, a belief in my availabilities, and a real drive to train harder and better. I’m literally buzzing after each session (hence why I’m doing more). We don’t focus on the weight loss, we focus on how I feel mentally,how my clothes are fitting and what parts of training I’m loving so we can do more. Sometimes as a busy, working mum I need to invest in myself to get some down time and I’ve found that in my training with George. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. A lot of people I see have very low confidence when they start, a lot like I was, and it’s great to see them progress and grow in confidence as they get closer to their goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of trainers charge you by the hour and then forget about you when you need them outside of the face to face hours you have booked.
Mental and physical health are so interlinked and it’s important to have a trainer who understands that.
