An excellent service was received throughout. Richard collected my mother and mother -in-law and drove them to my daughter's wedding in Durham and then returned them home at the end of the day. The car was beautifully clean and they were made to feel like royalty with doors being opened and closed for them on arrivals and departures. Richard was on time to collect them on both legs of the journey and his price was very reasonable. He also didn't charge any extra for making a detour to pick up my mother-in-law after the original booking. Both mothers commented on the excellent service and how pleasant Richard was to them. We found Richard the owner and chauffeur of Driven Executive Cars friendly, smart, polite and punctual.He drove our daughter to church, with her father on her wedding day after taking myself and her Matron of Honour first. The Bride and Groom were then driven to the venue by Richard, after the service.We used the Audi A8 which was recommended by Richard. We enjoyed a morning with Richard as he drove us from Huddersfield to Chipping Campden. Our 3-hour drive went by quickly as we enjoyed great conversations. Richard is both an interesting person and a good listener - a rare pair of qualities housed within one person. When we realized we had arrived in the UK without the appropriate adaptors for our electronics, Richard went out of his way to find us a store to purchase what we needed. Richard is also an excellent driver - we felt safe at all times with him behind the wheel. I recently used Driven again and the whole experience was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The cars are of a very high executive standard and immaculate both inside and out. The driving is unhurried and professional. Being aware of any holdups allowed the correct route to be chosen giving us a relaxing journey and a stress free arrival at the airport.Being greeted on our return and having help with our luggage, followed by a steady drive to our home was the best way to end a trip to the Far East.Richard and Driven deserve the five star rating. The level of service was outstanding.I gave Richard a bit of a challenge, to collect my daughter from a flexible location with little commun-action as she finished a bike ride in the Peak District, and get her to York station in time for a train to connect with a flight. Add to that the clocks going forward. Richard made the whole thing easyand was completely on top of the situation, all with a high standard of communication and care. Excellent in every way 100% recommend this business. Travelled from York to St Albans and returned a week later. Obviously the driving was first class. The customer service was exceptional.
