What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new clients, sharing their ideas and aspirations for their home is always a great buzz that gets the creative juices flowing. We also enjoy the challenge of delivering what the clients want in the most cost effective manner...
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've spent most of my adult life working in the property sector. London homes are really incredible and in particular the period properties which are so adaptable for modern living.
Why should our clients choose you?
We don't just look at adding space to a property. We always take the big picture into account to make sure we add the most value whilst creating desirable new living environments. We also like to see projects through from concept to the completed build. In effect, we stay with our clients and provide our experetise and advice throughout the entire process.
Design Plans
Draw Plans will create design plans suitable for planning applications for any type of extension to any type of property.
Building Plans for Building Control
When it comes to the actual build, Draw Plans will be more than happy to create building plans and detailed sections for any project.
Party Wall Agreements
Almost all extensions and conversions are now subject to Party Wall Agreements. Draw Plans will be happy to deal with this aspect of the project or advise on the process.
Structural Calculations
Most extensions and conversions require structural calculations for the removal of load bearing walls. Draw Plans will be happy to quote for this service.
Specifications & Schedules
Its always nice to know how much your project is going to cost before you instruct anybody. Draw Plans will be happy to prepare Costed Specifications & Schedules for your project so that you know exactly where you are in relation to prices when dealing with the builders.
Building Project Management
Draw Plans will be happy to provides a quote for Project Management Services. As a guide we charge 6% to 7% for most extensions and conversions.
