How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
You can have a look at the sizes of the room and if it has electric or plumbing that’s if it’s in there already and if it has insulation in the roof and walls and has the floor good enough.

Building any new walls or door openerings or and windows that need to be made and supply and lay insulation to ceilings and walls and electrical and any plumbing works to first fix and second fix room and plaster walls and ceilings and fit any doors and Windows needed. To supply and lay new timber joists for flooring and board.
