I got DR Design to do my ensuite back in the summer and they did a great job. I decided I wanted them to do my bathroom and cloakroom as well.

From the no pressure quote through to the installation of our brilliant new bathroom we couldn't have hoped to deal with a better company than DR Design.

No pressure quote was done and dusted within an hour and looking through the samples etc, lots of information from the company and advised on leads times etc.

In run up to the installation we had a few courtesy messages just to remind us that we were on track and materials were getting ordered etc, so communication from the company was superb.

Day the start of the installation took place went smoothly as old was ripped out and the various bits and pieces for tiling to be done were undertaken.

Tiling was done to a high standard and looks terrific.

Bathroom units, sink, toilet and shower etc fitted and again, looks great.

Couple of snagging issues sorted really quickly, and without any fuss.

Would highly recommend using DR Design as work completed with minimum amount of disruption and fuss, team were tidy as they went and the bathroom fitted to a very high standard.

I can't praise them highly enough during the overall process installing our new bathroom., would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again. More...

Excellent job, fast and efficient.

David got in touch with me promptly after I put out a request to have a shower fitted and he provided me with a couple of options and we agreed a date for the install and David managed to fit it even sooner, bonus! The bath was replaced with a shower which over two days and carried out very efficiently and caused minimum disruption. Just had our second bathroom installed by this company. We had the 1st one put in 2 years ago and been very happy with it. We just had our bathroom done this week. We decided to go for the wetwall offer as there was lots to choose from. Greg and Matt worked hard every day and hoovered at the end of each day that was a nice touch will recommend DRDB to family

David & James converted my old fashioned bathroom into a stunning modern one! It was a big bathroom in an old house with uneven floors and walls. They stripped everything back and evened everything out and throughout the process they kept me up-to-date with any issues or problems. David from DR Design visited and discussed the very necessary complete renewal of my wet floor shower. He provided the total cost of the work his company would undertake on that visit.
They started on the agreed day , were always on time, worked through the day, had very brief breaks, updated me everyday and were very easy to work with.

These guys were great from the initial quote, constant contact upto the day and install they did everything they said they would in the time frame they gave as well. They were not the the cheapest and not the most expensive as we had a lot of quotes from a lot of different people they did an amazing job for a decent price even when we decided on a couple of things that were different from the standard job would happily recommend them to anyone. Having been let down by one company i put a request for a quote on Bark, so glad I did as it worked a dream. David got in touch by email and I had an idea from the information he sent what sort of cost I was looking at, booked a visit and left David to discuss with the wife, she said after thar it did not feel like a sales pitch or hard sell, more of a consultative process. We agreed a rough price, subject to any additions we would make, David kept in touch and we narrowed down what we wanted, David also managed to source the exact type of tiles we required, we wanted to modernise the bathroom but keep it in keeping with the 18th century cottage. We were living away from property and had left keys with David, on installation day David rang to advise there was a major problem with the floorboards and joists, he did not sugar coat or try to bodge the job, work had to stop whilst we got damp specialists in, inconvenience for us and David but he took it in his stride, these things happen it's how you respond and David was professional, so after some delay the installation went ahead in our absence, we actually booked our removals van to arrive on the last day of installation, again liaising with David. We arrived after a long drive, being updated by David and the bathroom was exactly how my wife had envisioned, one week later and she cannot stop talking about how happy she is with the finish. D.R Design Bathrooms provided a very efficient service at very good value. Over 3 days they stripped out our old bathroom including bath shower toilet vanity unit tiling flooring and ceiling. They replaced it all with wet walls, full length shower with rainfall shower. New high gloss vanity unit and cupboard floors and ceilings. The work was done quickly and to a high standard.
