We have just completed a six week puppy class with the team and it’s really worked wonders with our little man. The team are so helpful and offer some great advise. The class sizes are small so you and your pooch get lots of hands on training with one of the team. Im just home after having my baby. I had a bulldog named alfie who we had literally no hope for- he was 8 months but his hyperness and size and strength I was dreading bringing a baby home to him. He wouldn't walk, he would jump, he was a genuine nightmare! Carol really helped us and advised us and im now honoured to say he is smitten on his lye brother and sleeps under his MOSES basket and if he wants to play he takes his dad out to the hallway as knows that's where he gets all the goodies for being so fabulous! thank you so much to carol! Just finished my puppy classes with Carol and Gareth and I'm really going to miss going to them! I learnt so many new things and some great games etc to play with my puppy Lilo! What a perfect way to start of right from the start! I highly recommend going to these classes! Even if you think you know it all you don't! No better way to get your dog socialised either with them both being so great and picking up on little hints that the dogs weren't happy. They would then "protect" them from the other dogs when doing recall games etc! Loved every moment! Thanks Carol and Gareth! More...

We have completed a five week puppy course and now on our second course with wee Blu really enjoyed the first 5 weeks and now enjoying this training. Blu is doing well and enjoying plenty of treats for being so good but we are working so hard and with no treats �. We never stop recommending Carol and Gareth to other people. It is one thing getting and reading many different books on positive reinforcement training, but a whole different thing to actually have the chance to talk to the trainers and writer. Timing in regards to rewards and drawing attention are so vital. We found the whole experience incredibly rewarding. Value for money is great too, and after the classes the trainers are always on call for any questions. This service cannot be faulted, and we would have gladly travelled but as it so happens this incredible team is right on our doorstep! We have just completed the perfect pooch course in kircubbin. The setting is brilliant, the course itself is fantastic! Carol and Gareth are great teachers and real experts in their field! They really take the time to go through any concerns and give hints and tips on any issues you may be struggling with throughout the training programme and no issue is too silly or small. Myself and Bentley have come a very long way and I can't thank them enough. It is a slow process with an adolescent dog but the key is patience and keeping up the training at home!! What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction from seeing the bond between dog and owner develop and blossom.
The pleasure at helping owners and dogs with problems overcome their difficulties and build a better, happier life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I trained and competed with my own dogs initially then took over the lead trainer role with my local dog club. I developed an interest in training methods and behaviour and when I took early retirement from my previous career, decided to turn my hobby into a business by learning from the best trainers worldwide and taking high quality courses and exams,
Why should our clients choose you?
I am currently the only Kennel Club Accredited Trainer in Behaviour and companion dog training in Northern Ireland. I also hold the Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management and work closely with local vets, dealing with the behavioural issues they refer to me. With over 30 years experience I don't think there's anything I haven't seen!
