SHOCKING! - STAY AWAY
As mentioned in previous reviews, they have no understanding of customer care. They just want your money!
We spent 5K on 18 doors. Chas, although polite was telling us that we would be receiving the last 5 fire doors for two and a half weeks. When they eventually turned up they were unfinished. He then told us that this was the way they supplied these fire doors! It might have been a good idea to tell us when we purchased them! I then explained that we will now need to pay our fitter to finish them, but he was not even prepared to pay a small contribution towards this. GREEDY!
We will not be buying from them again. Shame as we have another two projects that will be needing doors soon.

Brilliant service, ordered the doors - one of the door size was a bit off, the doors I wanted they couldnt be supplied in that particular sizes, the guys said it was possible for them to trim the door down then relip it again - which they have done and the door looks perfect.
