Very unhappy customer
Don’t use this company they are unreliable leave you waiting 1 hour 30 minutes then tell you they haven’t got any drivers when you phone you are told they don’t know when they can pick you up and charge you double the price of a taxi company at the airport. !!! Used Door2Door to take me to the train station a few times last week due to my car being off the road. Very helpful with the booking process every time and drivers were always on time. Prices always reasonable too.

Use door 2 door almost every day to get to work and go back home. The cars are always on time, office staff are friendly, and drivers are always helpful and considerate and cheerful. I cannot fault the service at all. I have been using DOOR 2 DOOR for a few months now without fault after i received abysmal service from radio taxis after being charged a fortune for journeys and being being ripped off on many occasions by their rude drivers!
