Dolly Char cleaning

No show three times!
No prompt response either.

So far, very professional, both Dolly Char (Deborah) and my cleaner Becky. Very happy.

Ginny my cleaner hasn't started yet.We are meeting up next week
to sort out dates/times.I am pleased with the process so far.

Good service. Cleaners were good minor problems with their availability.

The pro that contacted me is an agency (franchise) with cleaners on her books and she provided an excellent cleaner, although I am paying the agency £36 per month on top of the cleaner's fees (for insurance) and have not heard back from the agency at all since! Not even a call or email to check I was happy with the cleaner or services provided. I am happy with the cleaner - she's excellent but it would have been nice to hear from the agency that I am paying £36 a month to. I've not even received confirmation of the insurance I am paying the agency for or what it covers! More...

Hi Stephanie, Sorry that you feel we haven't communicated enough, we were confident you were happy based on previous feedback and don't like to pester clients with routine calls, we usually only contact clients if we need to arrange cleaner cover or if there are any other issues.
