Such a great service - friendly and very knowledgable. I had my shih tzu in for the full groom and he’s never looked better. I was advised that he had an problem with his food and it was causing irritation, she gave advice about what food to put him on and he’s already benefiting from it. Would highly recommend. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating, will definately be returning and recommending to other people, made my little jack-chi look and smell fab and had a bouncy, happy pooch when I picked her up (this is a significant difference to other places I've used before where she has been a bit edgy and withdrawn afterwards) highly recommend this lady and her service

I can highly recommend Dog Den Grooming Salon. I had my dog Harvey groomed there for the first today. Kay did a fantastic job. So patient with him, talking to him as we told Kay he was very anxious so she spent time with him making him feel very comfortable. Harvey even let Kay cut his nails which is a first for him, that is how good Kay was with Harvey. We will be going to see Kay with both of our dogs in future. Many thanks Kay.���. After I booked in and waited two week for my dog Bailey to get a cut and groom at my previous groomers they called me on the morning and cancelled due to a groomer going I'll which is all fine, I'm a reasonable man and realise people do get sick. However I was not impressed with the wait time after which was 7 days. I called and called around and the lovely Katie got bailey in the next day. He is a poodle cross. We dropped him off on Wednesday 2/8/2017 at 3:30pm and was ready after I finished work. Not only did bailey meet all requirements I asked but he was a happy pooch and couldn't leave the groomer (Katie) alone. He smells and looks amazing. I 100% recommend Dog Den groomers ... Katie also took time when I got to the location to show me how to brush him properly and cut his nails (I'm scared of hurting him) it is a one to one personal groom and can run around in the garden completely guarded. Seriously want to thank Dog Den for the luxury treatment my boy needed
