I first encountered DMAC at a digital media conference and they impressed me there and I asked Dave to update my website. My website was tired and was not working for me . Dave told me about the service they offered and I went for a website overhaul. I have mainly dealt with Dave initially, Wayne who did the graphics, Kenny in terms of managing the website and Craig who helped me with google analytics. From the first phone call to going live with my new website I found the whole team at Dmac Media to be absolute professionals and that's probably what you might expect, right? What I didn't expect was to be treated like the only customer that they have. The whole staff have a unique ability to make you feel that your project is of the upmost importance to the company and they strive constantly to provide the most incredible service, both on a technical scale, and on a personal service perspective - it's faultless in my opinion. I was pretty terrible at tech stuff when I began and Kenneth's tireless telephone support and encouragement really got me off the ground. As a new company and myself been more of a hands on person out on the road working than an office man on the computer. I was delighted to have found Kenneth Appleby in Dmac Media. From the moment I contacted him, he and his can do attitude was very helpful. He explains everything from start to finish of our website in a way I was never left scratching my head. I had a great experience with DMDI! Both Mr. D (the instructor for the 5 hour course) and Mrs. D (the driving instructor) were great to work with. They clearly know what they're teaching and their confidence in that is really comforting. They make learning the rules of the road and how to maneuver a vehicle enjoyable and easy and are ready and willing to answer any questions you may have. I get really nervous when I feel like I'm being watched closely and even tho Mrs D kept a close eye on what I was doing, it was easy for me to stay focused and calm. You can tell Mrs D really cares about and loves her students and wants them to succeed. When you're doing good she encourages you and when you make a mistake she makes sure you know what you did so you can fix it next time. Making appointments was easy with Crystal, she was always nice and easy to communicate with, and being able to make appointments through text was very convenient. Such an amazing organization! The 5 hour course teacher Mr.D was very enjoyable and I was able to understand everything. The receptionist Crystal was very flexible and efficient with reminders and scheduling. Then the driving instructor Mrs.D, was just the absolute best. Everyone there was very courteous and willing to accommodate my schedule for when I needed lessons. My instructor, Mrs. D. was very nice, and made me feel comfortable and gave me a good overview of the car and showed me what I needed to know for my road test. Needed to take 5 Hour course and this place was so convenient and made the process so easy. I wanted to take it as quick as possible and most places had at least several days wait but this place allowed me to register last-minute the night before! They offer online registration as well as registering by phone or by text and you can communicate with them via text for other information, questions, Etc and they are very prompt with their replies. Also I was 5 minutes late and they were so nice about it and very accommodating in general. And they did a good job making the course itself less tedious and boring than you could hope for with a FIVE HOUR course on driving PLUS it was in the evening and they provided us with food and drinks during a break!!!
