How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide them with sustainable plans to follow which I make sure they fully understand what to do and how to do it safely. This gives them structure to their routine and they can see progression as they move forward.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key really, you have to make sure your following my plans and advice to the best of your ability.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love the most is seeing my clients grow in confidence week by week as they get fitter and stronger. Which makes their mindset change to become more positive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So I could work from my own diary which then makes me more flexible to do things for myself.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do regular lateral flow tests to make sure I’m Covid free. I have sanitiser and gloves to use also will wear a mask if the client wants me too.
