What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people because we learn so much from other people's perspectives. We feel we are helping clients to fulfill their aims if we are doing our jobs well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a long time ago but we started our own business for the feeling that we make the decisions for ourselves. looking after our own clients. Building up a good successful business is a great feeling.
Why should our clients choose you?
We would want our clients to choose us because we put them first. No big promises to get your business. The person who comes to quote is the same person who stays with the client. You are not passed on to a manager. It's the client that matters in the end.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We would require to view the client's premises to provide an accurate and concise Quotation. A simple unobtrusive viewing will more than suffice and providing we have all the information to hand we can then proceed to email it to the client directly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Face masks and gloves are worn at all times within the clients premises. Cleaning is encouraged out of hours so as little contact with other people as possible.
