I love to helping people get them into right healthy path. Helping them to improve their techniques and fitness.
Seeing my clients progressing and improving week after week makes me happy and I'm finding very rewarding.

i have been trained martial arts since the age of 10 and gym from the age of 17.
Martial arts and gym
I use my 30 years experience in martial arts to teach you how to box and kick with perfect technique. I also use my 24 years experience in the gym to tone or build your muscles.
