I am passionate about people development, tailoring my approach to suit the individual with the right balance of support and challenge, helping clients to become more effective at realising their goals and confronting obstacles that might be preventing that next step. Working with Directors through to those new into management, a selection of the topics I have worked with clients on; leadership skills, conflict management, career development, improving impact in presenting, transitioning into new roles, building stronger teams, communication styles, confidence, interview and assessment centre coaching.
