Feels a bit weird leaving a five star review for a company that has helped me through one of the hardest times of my life, but honestly they’ve made everything as easy as it could possibly be, and it’s been straightforward. Everything has been on time, the people at the company answered all of my many questions promptly and carefully, and the experience here, compared to the solicitor I first sought advice from after my marriage broke down, has been exceptional - he was unsympathetic, cold, made me feel like I was wasting his time. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I paid and filed for a divorce in April 2022, yesterday, out of the blue, I finally received an email confirming the proceedings had begun (September 2023). I spoke with Stuart the manager to explain that in this time my ex wife had filed elsewhere and it was all going through. He was totally unapologetic, unhelpful and spent the whole time shifting the blame. I would avoid this substandard service and use real, professional solicitors. More...

Unfortunately my case overlapped the pandemic so it's difficult to be fair. It really did drag on though and was not as straight forward as I had thought. A change with the added 20 week cooling off period didn't help to move things on quickly. However, the personal interaction I did have with real staff was courteous and efficiently handled.
