After smoking for over 20 years I had always said i woukd never stop trying to stop. I have tried everything! Hydrotherapy was the only thing I hadn't tried. Sooooo I had a phone consultation with Graeme which gave me a lot to think about before i went. The appointment lasted about an hour and it didn't work straight away! But day by day I started noticing a difference and became more aware of different situations. So now 6 weeks on, I can honestly sit here and say I don't feel the need to smoke and the thought of smoking makes me feel sick! Very happy! More...
