I am a person who didn't really want to believe in therapy, and didn't want to put myself through it because I thought that going to therapy meant I was broken, but working with Diliya was a big push to helping me mentally pull through a time that I was not well, and Diliya was there for everything I wanted to put out and helped me understand from an outsiders perspective. My sessions with Diliya came at a fairly critical point for me and my husband, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. Her direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Reliably astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before (have more of an open mind). They also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist! Diliya helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt overwhelming, and I'm happier as a result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Working with Diliya was a real eye opener and a journey of self discovery that was not only needed, but necessary for me to build the boundaries I needed, with work colleagues, with friends and within my relationship.

Navigating your relationship is never the easiest. Opening up, and importantly accepting that you are not broken, but need help is the first step in making a lasting change and this for me is what Diliya provided, for both me and my partner. She gave us a safe space to talk, and made us feel heard by one another. She challenged my thoughts, my way of looking at life and gave me revelations which several weeks still stand strong.

I would strongly recommend any couple to Diliya, and I hope you may find the peace, love and tranquility I have found with my partner.

I put a request with Bark to find a therapist with a spiritual background and started with Diliya a few months ago. Words cannot describe how amazing she is, I had my 30 minute initial call and instantly knew she was the person best suited to help me. She has a very calm and reassuring nature, she helped me to review my past, my limiting beliefs and trauma. She helped me break these down in order to understand myself better and break free of what was holding me back. She always asks the tough, but right questions in order to really heal you and get to the reasons why you feel/act in a certain way.
