I found XpertSM quite recently in February 2017. At that point I had been in business for many years, but my company’s social media profile and exposure was virtually non-existent.

We had a Facebook page, a Twitter account and a Google+ listing, but they were all, pretty much redundant. My knowledge and expertise has always evolved around design, architecture and construction. So, for me, social media was simply a peripheral chore to be personally avoided at all costs.

But XpertSM changed my company’s social media landscape completely. Working closely with Kat and Alex, they brought our channels back to life. They are great people to work with and our Facebook, Twitter and Google sites now look amazing.

At the time of writing this, it is too early to say whether our shiny new media presence will bring lots of lovely profitable business into our company - but that was not our primary objective when we engaged the services of XpertSM.

More importantly, we were initially looking to use their expertise to enhance our on-line image in the eyes of existing clients and leads we already generate. In that context, XpertSM have done a fantastic job and achieved exactly what we needed. More...

Kat introduced me to XpertSM and FSB couple of months ago and I attended two event with Kat, small business clinic and social media and networking management. I have not only learnt many aspects of small business but also made many contacts which are great to boost my business. The both event have been great help and I would recommend these workshops to others like me.

Making new contacts and managing my social media more effectively is the key to success to my Artisan baking and customised Cakes business. As a Home based Cake Artist and pastry chef it is essential for me to make contacts and introduced my products to not only general public but also corporates companies and these events are the right places to introduce my business to other business/companies.

I have sponsored the recent workshop of XpertSM by providing my cakes for the attendees and it was a great hit.

Kat of Xpert SM was extremely helpful and invited me along to a networking event with an Accountant, Social Media and Branding experts. They were all extremely helpful and London RPAS Ltd is now working with all three of them!

I started a small business working in creating art, photography and video. Working with Xpert-SM these last two months has not only given me exposure and followers on multiple social media sites, but also a centralised platform to market to them all. Kat (founder) and her team made it so simple for me.
