Very pleased with our new carpets and lvt flooring. These guys did our entire new build home and the whole process was fantastic. We've never bought flooring before and they made everything so clear and transparent, they were happy to answer all our questions and booked the measure and fitting around our own convenience. We have just had our whole upstairs carpeted including loft, with the ground floor done in wood floor all from Diamond Millennium Carpets and the whole process was fab. We were delighted to have dealt with Gaz who was very helpful every step of the way. Had the most wonderful experience getting our house sorted thanks to Diamond Millennium Carpets. Gaz was extremely helpful and gave us brilliant advice on our flooring, we got a couple of quotes from other places and Diamond were the most competitive, also best on service. Here at The Northern, we were looking for a hard-wearing and cost-effective flooring solution for two large squash areas - the stepped seating behind the glass back show courts and the stairs and balcony viewing area for the four hardback courts. Diamond Millennium Carpets offered friendly and helpful advice from the start plus a VERY competitive price. The new flooring - carpet on the seating area and wood-effect vinyl for the other - has transformed both areas and has been very much admired and appreciated by the club members. Most importantly for us as a busy sports club, the DM team were able to organise the fitting with the least possible disruption to our activities. Great one stop carpet venue . Very very nice men ...happy to help you get a bargain.We bought carpets for stairs , landing +two bedrooms . ..all dimensions worked out ...just one small mistake... I was initially under-charged ...was rung up ,had the error explained to me ,and I had to provide additional payment over the phone .The carpets arrive next week...I shall revue the fitting and end result after ths 3rd January(with photos) oh ..got 2 free mugs!!!!! One week later .....So ...the carpets arrived and were fitted ! Delighted with our new carpet and wood floor. The service at the store was absolutely brilliant, the staff were very friendly and professional, gave us all the advice we needed. We booked to have them measure for us as we didn't trust our measurements, they came out the same day, quoted us and we were glad to proceed as they saved us quite a bit from another store. They even sent a team of two fitters as one of our bedrooms had furniture in, so they were really accommodating and helpful. Brilliant from start to finish.The staff couldn't have been more accommodating at Diamond Millennium Carpets - they were able to measure our hall, stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms on the same day we requested, and bent over backwards to accommodate our fitting in time for Christmas. They were very professional and helpful, advising us on the right flooring for our home and budget - as well as taking up the old carpet and moving furniture.
