She visited the property to assess the cleaning required and we agreed a plan which needed a few changes which she was very obliging to confirm. Diane cleans for my elderly parents, both are vulnerable. Diane does a fantastic and extremely thorough job and works so hard wasting no time at all.
My parent's are thrilled with her work and also how friendly she is. Diane even checked on how they were when unable to go to their house due to coronavirus.

Very Professional service is provided by Dianne. I have had many cleaners who do 'the list', but Dianne takes initiative if she notices something needs doing I might left out.
Her years of experience shows she knows how to clean. It's all in detailed finishing, touches many so called cleaners leave out.

How long have you been in business?
I started cleaning full time in August 2018 but have been cleaning for holiday homes during high season for the last three years
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I can supply my own equipment and cleaning products however, I do believe that it is better to use the products that the customer chooses to provide
What do you love most about your job?
I love to meet new people and have a quick chat. Cleaning for other people always gives me a sense of satisfaction and great achievement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Last summer, I started to clean holiday cottages in the Lake District to help a friend out. It was a pleasure to help. Recent circumstances have made me look at my life and re-evaluate what is important to me. When I realised that cleaning properties last summer gave me great satisfaction, I thought that now would be my best opportunity to provide a cleaning service, meet great people and help households out (for what ever reason they need a house cleaner) at the same time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that I am able to offer you a reliable and excellent service. Working on my own gives me the opportunity to meet my clients face to face and allows us the opportunity to understand exactly what cleaning services are required and provide realistic expectations. Being able to take the time to do the tasks thoroughly means that you are completely satisfied and happy to have me come back time and time again.
