I was impressed with the service provided, from the quick answering of my phone calls to book a cab, and especially to the professionalism of driver no. 09, who was our driver a couple of times. During one of the trips there was an accident onroute and he took the initiative to drive via back roads to get to our destination, which was a scenic bonus, and enjoyed hearing his local knowledge and history of places we drove past. Diamond Cars are the only taxi service I use to get across London. I've never had any problems with them and would definitely recommend them. I like being able to book in advance and it's easy to change the pick up time if needed. Because my journey across London can take from 40 minutes to over an hour, I never have to worry about the cost changing as it's set beforehand. I also appreciate the new tool of being able to track the driver via their app, which takes away the worry of always having to call the head office to find out whereabouts of the drivers. Our recent 4 day sojourn to London to play 3 golf courses in the arena was made considerably more comfortable with the help of Diamond Cars. They offered a fantastic service picking up 4 people plus golf clubs and baggage from the airport and transported us to and from our accommodation and the different golf courses each day for a very fair cost. We were picked up at Heathrow and taken to Northampton. However, then we were delayed for 40 minutes after we landed because there were no stairs to deplane us. Then there was a 30 minute delay going through British Customs. The driver kept in touch with us all the way through the ordeal and waited for us and never complained and was still welcoming.At the end of our trip we were picked up at our Northampton hotel and taken to Heathrow.
