Hello, my name is Devon Stewart. I am a health and fitness fanatic, qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor based in Andover.

Playing a number of sports since I was a child, it was only natural that I found my way into the gym around my late teens. It was there that my passion for health and fitness really became engrained. For me, the way I exercise is purely for enjoyment, to enable me to do all the things in life that I wish to do. I am a firm believer that everyone has the capacity to incorporate exercise into their daily lives, it just might take a little bit of time and patience to find out what works for you. Some days I may not fancy the gym, so I pop on my trainers and go for a run or do some boxing training. If it is getting your heart rate up and you are having fun, then you are doing it right.



This is where my business plan for Devs Fitness was born. My aim is to allow everyone the opportunity to exercise in a way they enjoy and a way they notice the difference.
